Since 2017, the Multi-Craft Apprenticeship Preparation Program, Inc. (MAPP) has helped provide stable, high-wage careers that build long-term economic security. Our mission goes beyond cultivating a skilled pipeline; we’re transforming lives, strengthening families, and injecting vital diversity into an industry facing a workforce crisis. Every graduate represents a community uplifted, a trade revitalized, and a future secured. Our work at MAPP is economic justice in action!

MAPP focuses on fundamental hands-on training in essential construction skills and trade-specific techniques, ensuring participants are ready for the demands of the field. In addition to training, we provide a supportive environment that includes mentorship, career coaching, and wraparound services to help participants in their journey toward success.

With a 100% placement rate for our graduates, MAPP is proving what's possible when preparation meets opportunity, demonstrating the power of intentional investment in our people and communities.
