What are the enrollment requirements?

√ Must be 18-40 years old
√ Must have a high school diploma or GED
√ Must have a valid Drivers License
√ Must have a reliable vehicle
√ Must pass a drug screen

Do I need to have prior construction experience?

No. You do not need any prior construction or trade experience to join our program.

Is there a cost to participate in the program?

No. Participation in the MAPP program is provided at no cost to enrolled participants.

Are stipends or incentives available during the training period?

Yes. MAPP provides a stipend to participants while they are enrolled in training.

When is the application deadline?

Applications must be submitted by May 1st to be considered for the upcoming cohort. If you are not selected, you must reapply for the following year by May 1st to be considered for the next cohort.

What is the acceptance process?

If you're selected to move forward, MAPP will invite you to an interview in mid-May. Final acceptance decisions will be communicated via both email and phone call by May 30th at the latest. If you're waitlisted or not selected, you'll receive an email notification explaining your status and any next steps available to you. We encourage you to check your email regularly (including spam/junk folders) and ensure your contact information is up to date so you don't miss any critical communications.

Does the program offer any certifications or credentials?

Yes. Participants have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications, including OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and additional credentials specific to certain trades.
